Rockland County YMCA

The YMCA is a community service organization, with volunteer leaders, that welcomes people to programs that enhance their health and well being, strengthens their personal and family relationships, and enriches their spirits, minds, and bodies. The YMCA conducts programs throughout Rockland County, with a facility in Nyack, after school programs and pre school age programs operating in schools and churches. Our YMCA provides a wide variety of programs including early childhood programs, school age care, youth sports, adult health and fitness instruction, swimming lessons, and recreational activities for youth and families. The YMCA provides financial aid to low income families who otherwise could not afford to participate in membership and programs. The YMCA emphasizes the values of caring, respect, responsibility, and honesty. It is open to boys, girls, men and women of all ages, races, religions, incomes, and abilities.
