Meals on Wheels Programs & Services of Rockland, Inc. A multi-purpose agency using a volunteer network to provide hundreds of meals to the homebound each day. In addition M.O.W. operates the Rockland Senior Centers Program – six multi-purpose Senior Centers located throughout the County where participants receive a hot noon lunch and take part in recreational and educational activities.
